Put your theoretical knowledge to the test in real-life scenarios, guided by one of our experienced skippers. We’ll prepare you step by step for your practice week, giving you the skills and confidence to take full responsibility for a sailing yacht. Along the way, you’ll gain invaluable experience—and rack up plenty of miles for your sailing certification.

Course Content

The Practice Sailing Trip offers a week of sailing filled with maneuver training, skipper coaching, and unforgettable sailing experiences alongside our expert sailing instructors.

You’ll embark on at least one night sail, including a harbor approach under real conditions, gaining vital experience in sail handling, docking, and anchoring maneuvers.

Theoretical lessons include proper passage planning, navigation fundamentals, weather analysis, logbook management, and the principles of good seamanship. Plus, you’ll log approximately 150–200 nautical miles towards your FB2 or SKS/SHS certification, all while sharing plenty of fun moments with like-minded sailing enthusiasts.

We pride ourselves on quality: Our trainers are professional skippers, competitive sailors, or seasoned experts with years of sailing experience. Every instructor is required to complete at least two of our rigorous Train-the-Trainer seminars to ensure the highest standard of coaching.
