Information
Sail with us through the picturesque waters south of Krk. Thanks to the island’s geographical location and surrounding sea conditions, we enjoy optimal wind and weather – especially in spring and autumn. Punat stands out not only for its sailing-friendly conditions but also for its accessibility. Whether by car, boat, or plane, our base is easy to reach.
Once in Punat, you’ll find a fully equipped marina where our fleet is based. Just a short walk from the marina lies the heart of the action for sailing enthusiasts: our competition dock and race office, located right in the center of Punat. This is where your regatta adventure begins.

Alpe Adria Sailing Week
The Austria Cup, a cornerstone of Austrian sailing tradition, will take place for the 17th time in May 2024. Organized by the Yacht Club Punat in cooperation with Yacht Club Austria and the Croatian Sailing Federation, the event features exciting categories such as the “Alpe Adria Cup” and the “34th Austria Cup”.
With up to 10 planned races, the regatta is part of the Austrian Offshore Trophy 2024. Join us and experience thrilling competition in a truly unique sailing environment.
Spring Sail
Sailing doesn’t stop in the colder months! In collaboration with the Swiss Sailing League the SSL Winter League kicks off this season with 3 exciting events. These are a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your sailing skills, stay active during winter, and enjoy some fun on the water.

This Regatta Event Series Launches in 2025 in Punat.
All students from across Europe who love the freedom of the waves are welcome to join, from beginners to professionals. The races will be sailed in small teams on J70 boats just off the coast of Punat Bay. The regatta features a variety of races and flights, promising excitement for all participants.
S-CUP
For 40 years, the Nautic Club Austria (NCA) in collaboration with the Styrian Sailing Federation, has hosted the S-Cup, Austria’s oldest offshore regatta. Held in Punat for the first time in 2023, we are proud to support this iconic event again in 2025. Be part of the story as sailing history is made in Punat!
CROATIA CUP
Late May in Punat traditionally marks the Alpe Adria Sailing Week, which also hosts the Croatia Cup regatta. Organized and hosted by JK Punat, crews from Croatia and Austria set sail to compete on the regatta course. The route takes them to Galuna Island near Stara Baška, followed by a turn and the return to Punat.
