SAILING TRAINERS (MONOHULL & CATAMARAN)

FOR THE SAILING SCHOOL IN CROATIA

Do you want to share your passion for sailing with others? Welcome aboard our sailing universe! We’re looking for enthusiastic trainers for skipper and harbor maneuver training on monohulls and catamarans in Punat, Krk, Croatia.

We follow the structured training concept developed by BLUE-2.at.

What to expect:

• You’ll be an integral part of our training team at our sailing school on Krk.
• You’ll conduct harbor and sailing maneuver training, as well as practice trips on monohulls and/or catamarans, with groups of 4 to 6 participants.
• Your workplace will be our training yachts, ranging from 38 to 50 feet, located in the largest marina in Croatia, in Punat on the island of Krk.
• You’ll work within a well-defined training framework developed together with our partner BLUE-2.
• You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers on-site.
• Free accommodation is provided, either on the yacht or in our trainer house.
• You’ll work on a freelance basis, with a weekly fee of €1400, including all additional expenses.
  

What We Expect From You 

• You hold a sailing license such as FB2, SKS, or an equivalent, as well as a Short Range Certificate for maritime radio.
• You have extensive experience as a skipper on sailing yachts in Croatia.
• You possess excellent communication skills, great empathy, and a passion for teaching others.
• You successfully complete the 3-day “Train the Trainer” program with blue-2.at, where you’ll learn our training concepts and standards.
• You’re passionate about what you do: sailing.
